How it all works over two to three months

Documents for each family member
We complete the forms. You only provide what only you can obtain.

- A police certificate is needed from everyone aged 18 and over, from the country of citizenship and country of residence. It is valid for 6 months.
- If you lived in another country for over a year in the last 10 years, you also need a certificate from there.
- One marriage or divorce certificate per family.
- Photo 35 x 45 mm. We send the specification before you take it.
Biometrics and oath without flying to the islands
The oath is taken online, by video, at a time that suits you. Only biometrics must be done in person, and you do not have to fly to the islands for that.
Moscow and St Petersburg
Sessions at least once a month. The family comes once and each person takes 30-60 minutes.
Another city
An authorised officer comes to your home, office or hotel. Even for one applicant, with no need to form a group.
Abroad
Port Vila, Dubai, Hong Kong. We choose the location around your travel plans.
How long does it take?

Do I need to fly to Vanuatu?
No. The oath is taken online by video. Biometrics are in Moscow, St Petersburg, or with an officer visiting your home, office or hotel.
Do I need to live in Vanuatu?
No, neither before nor after receiving citizenship.
Can it be done by power of attorney?
No power of attorney is involved in this process. We do almost all the work: completing forms, translating, marking where to sign and checking before sending. You sign yourself.
Who goes through the FIU check?
The main applicant: background and source of funds. A police certificate is needed from all participants aged 18 and over.
Why show the source of funds?
Proof is mandatory for every application. Tell us where your main funds come from, and we will suggest which documents suit you.
Who sees my documents?
Only those handling your application, and Vanuatu's state authorities during the check.
What does the preliminary check cover?
Sanctions lists, open databases, court records and source of funds. Within 1-2 business days we give a conclusion: clear, a question we will close with an explanation, or high risk.
